Privacy & website information
This notice explains how ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. handles personal information connected with the standalone corporate.hr website and its direct enquiry route.
Responsibility and scope
ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd., company registration number C 116610, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Registered office: The Brokerage, Level 0A, Triq Santa Marta, Rabat, Għawdex, VCT 2551, Malta.
Contact: [email protected] · +356 9955 2050.
This notice applies to visits to corporate.hr and enquiries made through the direct contact details published on this website. It does not replace or amend the privacy information for another website. A third-party website reached through a link has its own privacy information.
This website and enquiry notice does not replace the participant information and consent arrangements required for a separately governed research, survey, listening, Index or trend exercise. Participants in such an exercise must receive its project-specific notice before their information is collected.
Information provided directly
You may contact ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. about Corporate.HR by email or telephone. The information received depends on what you choose to provide.
Corporate.HR currently accepts enquiries by email or telephone. Its dedicated online form is not active.
If you write or telephone, the information you choose to provide and the resulting correspondence may be used to understand and respond to your request.
The website hosting and security service may process information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information and security events.
This website does not submit an online form and does not create a separate Corporate.HR enquiry database. Direct correspondence is handled through the receiving email or telephone service.
Purpose and legal basis
ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. relies on its legitimate interests to make Corporate.HR available, keep the website secure and respond proportionately to self-directed professional enquiries. Those uses are limited by the small amount of information needed, the absence of an online form or behavioural tracking, the professional context in which contact is invited and your right to object. Where you ask ThinkPeople Nexus Ltd. to take steps towards an engagement, processing may also be necessary to take those steps at your request. Information may be processed where a legal obligation applies. Enquiry information is not sold or used for unrelated advertising, automated decisions or profiling.
Access, delivery and sharing
Access follows responsibility. An initial enquiry does not create permission for wider internal circulation.
Direct correspondence is made available only to the person responsible for its initial handling and, where needed, the person assigned to respond or administer agreed follow-up.
The providers used to host and protect this website and to operate the receiving email or telephone service may process information only to provide those services.
If another person or specialist may need to participate, that involvement and the relevant privacy, sponsorship and reporting boundaries are made clear before substantive work begins.
Information may be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
Retention and deletion
An enquiry that is expressly declined is closed on the date that decision is recorded. If there is no further substantive exchange or progress, the enquiry is treated as closed 90 days after the last substantive contact. A closed enquiry that does not become an engagement is deleted or anonymised 12 months after closure.
If an engagement begins, information that remains relevant becomes part of the separately governed engagement record and is handled under the boundaries agreed for that work. Redundant initial-enquiry copies are removed when they are no longer needed for the enquiry or resulting relationship.
There is no routine extended retention period for possible complaints or claims arising from an enquiry. If a specific complaint, legal obligation or legal hold arises, normal deletion may be paused only for the affected information and only while that documented need continues.
Corporate.HR does not create a separate enquiry database or keep a separate downloaded copy of routine website request logs. Direct email and working copies follow the enquiry schedule above. If a technical or security event requires investigation, the information needed for that investigation is retained until the investigation and necessary follow-up are complete, then deleted unless a legal obligation requires longer. The hosting provider's own service-level records are governed by its applicable data-processing terms.
Your rights
Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask for access to personal information about you, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing or data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To make a request, contact [email protected]. Only information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant record, confirm identity and protect personal information from improper disclosure will be requested.
You may also lodge a complaint with Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner .
Website operation and changes
The published Corporate.HR files contain no advertising or behavioural-analytics scripts, set no non-essential cookies and provide no online enquiry submission. Hosting and security services still process the technical requests needed to deliver and protect the website. If non-essential analytics or cookies, a connected form or materially different processing is introduced, this notice will be reviewed and updated before that change is activated.
This notice is reviewed when the domains, forms, providers, purposes or processing arrangements change.
